Rates include:

• Usage of the villa & garden/pool area including all inventory during the rental term
• Electricity, water, insurance, wash machine, …

• Welcome/introduction by our house coordinator
• Once a week full cleaning of the house, garden and pool area
• Check-Out/handover with our house coordinator
• Sports equipment such as mountain bike, racket/balls, umbrella, beach mats, lilo, …

Additional services as food purchase, excursions, additional cleaning can be arranged locally by our house coordinator.
